Returns/Refund/Exchange Policy

In-store customers can choose between an exchange or credit note if they simply change their mind or make the wrong selection of item(s) providing:

*It is within 7 days of purchase

*Proof of purchase (original receipt or bank statement) is required,

*The item(s) are in their original condition, with all labels and tags attached,

*The item(s) are unworn, not used, altered, soiled, damaged and in saleable condition

*Item(s) are not sale merchandise

For over the phone purchases, you are covered by our 14 days returns/refund policy. (That is 14 days from the date of dispatch of the item from Diversity Fashion)

If you wish to return an item, you will need to pack it and send it to

Please note that returns/refunds will only be accepted if the following terms are met.

 

  • The item is returned within the 14 day time period
  • The item is unworn and unused with the original tags still attached
  • The item must be in the original packaging

 

Please allow up to 7 days for your return/refund to be processed.

*In the interest of hygiene, we do not exchange pierced jewellery so please choose carefully

*Please note exchanges are subject to availability of stock

*All prices are correct at the time of sale; however we reserve the right to alter prices for any reason; Eg: for a promotion or at sale time

*It is at the discretion of our retail sale steam whether they will process your exchange, hold or laybuy to you subject to you meeting our policy and stock availability

Sale Items:

*Sale items are sold "as is" and no hold or laybuy facility applies to these items

*Please choose carefully as there is no return, credit nor exchange on sale items.
